New Construction providing attractive and functional space for the congregation’s growing youth population as well as incorporating a wellness capacity. Approximately 105,000 square feet of construction, with primary spaces to include: Gymnasium, Elevated Track, Administrative Offices, Public Entry Lobby, Common Areas, Restrooms on Office Levels, Corridors, Passenger Elevators, Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Protection Service Rooms.
