Scope
The project consisted of a new South Trailer Parking Area for Hanes Brands, Inc. The scope included demolition, site clearing, earthwork, trenching and backfilling, erosion and sedimentation control, aggregate base course, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbs and gutters, seeding, storm drainage utilities, retaining wall, fencing, landscaping, and electrical.

Contract duration was extended due to very wet weather during the winter months when the site work began.
