Scope
Lyndhurst Gynecologic Associates is a new three-story building located where the old Hanes Hosiery Plant once stood in Winston-Salem. This building includes a large check-in/waiting room area, patient exam rooms, procedure and ultrasound rooms, 4 labs, as well as bone densitometry and mammography rooms. Also included are Lamaze training areas, providers’ offices, business offices, and a large employee break room.
Highlights
Highlights include significant site work, including an underground storm water detention system, spread footings, and a rigid-frame steel structure were installed to support the new building.
